Millennials are finally edging into the housing market, but according to the latest market research by the National Association of Realtors, 62% of the kids fear they can’t pull together the down payment. Today’s new homeowners also are likely to stay in their houses for longer – hence the need for flexible space.
If your house offers these amenities, lead with them in your listing!
